I have been lucky enough to see Taekwondo develop from a handful of students practising in small welsh church halls to a full blown Olympic sport.
I have also witnessed many of my students go on to achieve great things in their lives, both inside and outside the sporting arena in today’s large and busy world.

Sunday 1st June saw a selected team of sleepy Welsh Tiny Tigers embarking on their trip out of Wales at 5.30am traversing along the M4 to reach Bournemouth by 8.30am. more info
